Our Infrastructure
Our manufacturing partners have locations and storage facilities in Rajasthan and Gujarat are strategically chosen which gives us an advantage of local procurement of raw material, smooth and uninterrupted supply chain of transport, carriers and port locations. Our facilities are well-equipped and maintained in the utmost hygienic conditions, which is of paramount importance to us in order to uphold and maintain the International Standards of our products. The annual production capacity at these sites are around 30,000 MT which ensures uninterrupted supply of our best quality products.
Quality Control
At Sudev International, our sole focus is on quality of our products. All our products are processed in the State-Of-The-Art facilities under strict and hygienic conditions under the supervision of agricultural experts. The testing of random samples are done at every stage of production process. Our products undergo physical, chemical and microbiological testing by in-house agriculture experts. Safety sieves, magnets and metal detectors are used at various points of the process and packing to ensure that our products are free from any metal and foreign materials. All our products are meeting GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), FSSC, SSOP (Sanitary Standard Operation Procedures) and ISO standards.
Packaging & Distribution
Our products are packed in multilayer Paper/HDPE bags as per the International Standards. Semi-automatic filling machines are used to package the final product safely in the containers. Each bags are also passed through a metal detector for a final check. We have developed a robust and well-managed supply chain and distribution network that allows us to transport goods to the nearest port in a timely and cost-effective manner.
We offer various packaging options as per client's need. Our products come in standard 25 Kg or 50 Kg HDPE/Paper Paper Bags with inside liner or Super Sacks (650 Kg) or Jumbo Bags (950 Kg). Our packaging materials are designed to keep the products safe and durable for longer shelf life and all the packaging is done in a very clean and hygienic area.
